The world has come full circle…
It only seems like yesterday (1991) that we, as young parents, bought our first mini mix truck. I “subbied” for the late John D’Abaco at Frankston Sand and Soil for a few months then Robyn and I bought into the fledgling business…an opportunity for which we are forever grateful.
In 1999 Cranbourne Pre-Mix was born and has been our pride and joy ever since…
We’ve worked together to build and grow the business and we’re proud of what we have achieved.
But it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of all our employees, past and present. In particular we’d like to make special mention of Sam, Reece and Pete who have been with us through thick and thin for many, many years.
Pete and Sam will remain with the new owners but Reece has chosen to move on…and we wish him the very best with his next venture. We so greatly appreciate the hard work and contributions they have all made to CPM over the years as we do all our employees.
An immense thank you to all our customers throughout our twenty seven years here. We know there’s been some bumpy days along the way but thank you to those who have been part of our journey… some of whom have been with us since the beginning. We’ve built some wonderful relationships and we will miss the daily chats and banter.
But now it’s time to take a step back.
We’re confident that we leave the business in good hands with Raj from CC Mix… maybe even better hands!
It’s time to spend more time with our family and enjoy our grandchildren.
It’s time to do some travelling and it’s time to catch up and reconnect with old friends. Thank you to those who have in the past weeks taken a moment to drop in, call or message their best wishes upon our retirement. It’s been so much appreciated.
It’s an emotional time for us and it’s hard to let go and say goodbye but we know the time is right and we’re confident we are handing our “ baby” over to experienced operators.
We wish Raj, CC Mix, our employees and our customers all the very, very best for the future.
And thank you once again from both of us.
