Project Ralph has undergone an enormous amount of progress over the last month.

Frames are up, trusses are in and the roofers have wrapped up sheeting this week.

We’re just about ready for rough ins and plaster, well on our way to another finished LANDE home.

With the pool and slab in at Delilah, and Jadea slab in a few weeks, we’re full steam ahead with no stopping in sight.

Two weeks ago, we begun digging and prepping our basement footings here at Jadea House.

We’re proud to be working with AM Interior Studio & Koda Design to deliver another exceptional home to Camp Hill.

With 3 stories on an elevated block Jadea House will feature city views, a lift, a 4 car garage, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and even a basement.

Things are already moving quickly, with the basement footings already down and blocks and fill underway.

Project Ralph continues to take shape as our structural steel goes up ready for the chippies to start framing away.

With the slab down and the steel up, we’re full speed ahead at Ralph.

The boys at Flex Build have been hard at work over the last few weeks getting the ground stages dialled in with Regal Crane Hire providing us with precision lifts all day long.

We’ve got scaffold going up in a couple of weeks as we begin to see another LANDE original start taking shape in Camp Hill.

A major milestone at Ralph - our concrete slab has been poured with structural steel and framing already underway.

Getting to this stage in the build might look like things are only just beginning, but with a site like this we’ve spent months already working through council approvals, taking the sites challenging factors like build-over-sewer into account.

From here, all of our months of planning come together for another beautiful Lande home.
