Howdy!
It's been a little while between posts on our Pages(🫢), but away from social media, it's been a big couple years! Lots of fence put up, lots of cross country miles and now a chapter has closed with Ash calling time on our work in SA.
More to come on our future plans in QLD but for now a few snaps from the last little while.

🔸FENCING OFFSIDER POSITION AVAILABLE🔸

A&K Rural Contractors has an all rounder position available for a lively fella to join us on the SA Dog Fence, via Lyndhurst/Marree, for an immediate start.

The position involves some Loader operation, and erecting Dog Proof fencing.

Please apply if you:
- Have experience in Loader operation
- Are fit, able bodied, and can handle working in the sun
- Can commit to a 4 on 2 off roster

Previous fencing experience would be favorable, but not necessary.

Own transport is good, but if required, transport is also available with the boss as he travels to and from SE QLD to the Dog Fence, feel free to discuss upon application.

Accomodation, meals and WIFI provided in well equipped mobile camp. Well maintained, tidy and modern earthmoving machinery in use.

Excellent daily rate on offer for a bloke handy in the above mentioned skills.

Can anyone help me find where the bloody hell I access my Pages private messages nowadays?
Last I knew I could switch accounts in Messenger between my personal page and my A&K Rural ‘Page’.
Now my A&K Rural access in messenger has disappeared and I can’t bloody figure out where it went or how to get it back.

Please help 😂

Start ASAP

Servicing Far West NSW, and currently working 450km NE Broken Hill, we are looking for a fit and handy offsider to work with our Camp Manager.

Duties will include:
- fencing
- stock yard building
- installation of stock watering points
- small machinery operation

Experience favoured but not necessary.

Applicant must:

- hold current driver’s license
- be willing to work on a 21 days on 10 days off roster
- be fit, keen and able to handle the warm days in the sun

Board and keep included, wage negotiable depending on experience.
