Established 3 paces, stops, basic rollback, side pass, flying changes, and a general easy going nature.

He has had extensive groundwork done, had a stint in a feedlot and trail riding experience.

He is not super competitive, therefore would suit trail, ranch riding, challenges or western pleasure, however would also suit a range of other cow-horse events at a non competitive level.

He is a pleasure to have a round and easy to do anything with. He has an outstanding nature but does require a firm rider and would not suit someone returning to riding.

Hey y’all !!

I thoughts it’s about time for a fresh introduction to go with the rebrand.

I’m Selena, the name, the visionary, the maker, the doer.

Being rural, there isn’t always an abundance of jobs available that cater for mums nor is there a tonne of childcare centres. But as much as I love working, I don’t want to be absent either. I wanted to be able to work and earn a living as well as be around home when my kids are home, be available on the farm, get to express my creativity and still work with horses.

So welcome to Saddle & Stitch. It started out as designing custom hat bands, branched out to tail bags, now in the very near future I’ll be attempting saddle pads, as well as a on the side projects such as tote bags, scrunchies, etc. I will also be opening my books back up very soon for horse training and education, riding lessons, cattle exposure and campaigning.

I appreciate those who has purchased and supported me during the very beginning of Saddle & Stitch, and I am thankful for those being incredible patient whilst my craft space is getting finalised 🫶🏼
