In 1972, Gino & Pierina Revelant opened the doors to what would become Cooma Sand & Concrete. What started as a small family business, built on hard work, honesty & determination, slowy grew into a trusted local name across Cooma & the Snowy Mountains.
For more than five decades, Cooma Sand & Concrete has been part of this community - supplying materials, supporting projects & working alongside generations of locals, tradies, & families. We are incredibly proud of that legacy & deeply grateful for the support & loyalty shown to our family over the years.
As of the 1st January 2026, we entered a new chapter under Intermountain Concrete & Materials.
With our expansion into Braidwood, the business has grown beyond its original footprint & this new name reflects who we are today & where we’re heading. While the name has changed, our values haven’t. We remain a family-owned business that is fully committed to quality products, reliable service & supporting the communities that have supported us.
This change is about growth, opportunity, & building on the foundations laid by Gino & Pierina back in 1972. Their vision & hard work created something special which we are honoured to carry that legacy forward into the future.
