It’s official: Saltair is heading to the greens!

Saltair has been chosen as the modular building specialist to deliver the highly anticipated, new $1.5M clubhouse for the Maleny Golf Club!

For years, this award-winning Sunshine Coast hinterland course has operated out of temporary facilities while prioritising the growth of its stunning 18 holes. Now, it’s time for a permanent headquarters that matches the calibre of the course.

The clubhouse has been delivered in six precision-built modules and lifted into place in just a single day. That means minimal disruption to the club’s daily trade and a seamless transition for its members.

A huge thank you to Club President Doug Evans, the Board, and the incredible Maleny Golf Club community for trusting us with this milestone project.

We can't wait to show you the progress as we head toward the mid-2026 grand opening!

We are incredibly honored to announce that John Smith-Gumbula has joined us as our Cultural Ambassador and Senior Manager Indigenous Affairs.

John is a world-renowned artist and the first Aboriginal artist to receive the Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Trust Award. As the founder of Bur’an Australia, his career has been dedicated to ethical social ventures and preserving the rich tapestry of Indigenous culture and stories.

Beyond his accolades, John is a passionate believer in the Saltair vision. Together, we are excited to combine our modular expertise with his cultural leadership to create development proposals specifically tuned to the needs and heart of Indigenous communities.
