Zane Heinze is our apprentice carpenter and the son you wish you had! 😂
Nathan actually met Zane while travelling around the country with his family, at a remote surf camp in Western Australia, where they instantly hit it off. They kept in touch after the trip, and when the opportunity came up, Zane packed up and relocated from Victoria to the Sunshine Coast to join the Colwyn Built crew.
Zane is a dedicated apprentice with a genuine can-do attitude. There’s nothing we can throw at Zaneo that he can’t handle and believe us, we’ve tried! 😂
From installing weatherboards and framing walls to the finer details like skirting, architraves and hanging doors, Zane takes everything in his stride and consistently produces a great result.
We love having him as part of our tightly held crew, and watching him develop into a bloody good carpenter has been awesome.
When the time comes, we know Zane is going to make one exceptional tradesman.
