Ivory Gardens is a boutique residential landscaping company based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, specialising in high-end outdoor spaces. We focus on quality craftsmanship, efficient construction and building landscapes that last.
We’re looking for motivated team members to join our construction crew.
What we offer

Our teams work in small crews of 2–3 people per site, giving you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of landscape construction.
Positions available
Landscape Labourer
• Immediate start available
• $35–$40/hr (ABN) depending on experience
• Construction or labouring experience preferred
• Physically fit and ready for demanding work
Landscape Apprentice
• Long-term career opportunity
• Learn all aspects of landscape construction
• Ideal for someone committed to building a future in the trade
General requirements
• Reliable and physically fit
• Own transport
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
