🏖️ SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 🏖️

During the school holidays, our office hours will be reduced.

We'll still be operating as normal; however the office won't be open between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm each day.

🏢 Office visits will be by appointment only (or if you happen to catch Nicola in the office!).

If the office is closed, Nicola will still be available and responding to phone calls and emails while working remotely.

WORKPLACE SAFETY & ZERO TOLERANCE NOTICE

Goodie’s Electrical will not tolerate abusive, threatening, aggressive, or intimidating behaviour toward our staff under any circumstances.

Following a recent serious incident at our office, we are formally advising that any person who behaves inappropriately at our premises will be dealt with immediately.

We ensure our employees and management treat customers professionally and respectfully at all times, and we expect the same level of respect in return.

If you have a concern or complaint, you are expected to contact our office professionally by phone or attend reception and speak respectfully with staff.

What is NOT acceptable:
• Entering employee-only or restricted areas
• Driving into the rear yard or workshop areas without permission
• Attending our premises with weapons or threatening items
• Yelling, swearing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing staff
• Any behaviour that causes staff to feel unsafe

To be absolutely clear:
• Our staff are not to be threatened, intimidated, or harassed
• Our workplace is not a place for aggression or confrontation
• Any person who enters our premises aggressively or unlawfully will be removed and reported to police immediately

Any customer engaging in this behaviour will be:
• Refused service immediately
• Permanently banned as a customer
• Reported to the appropriate authorities without hesitation

We appreciate and thank the vast majority of our valued customers who continue to treat our staff with respect and conduct themselves appropriately.

We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace for our employees and a respectful environment for legitimate customers.

Goodie’s Electrical is seeking qualified Electricians for upcoming short-term mine site work.

Applicants must hold a current Electrical Licence and have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Mining experience and current site-related tickets are preferred.

Required/preferred:

Electrical Licence
Driver’s Licence
CPR/LVR
Standard 11
Coal Board Medical
Working at Heights & Confined Space
