PROJECT COMPLETION | Nido Early School, Hawthorn East

Jardon Group has successfully delivered the Nido Early School on Burke Road in Hawthorn East, a high-end 68-place early learning facility designed by Vantage Architecture.

This unique project integrated the adaptive reuse and extension of a heritage-listed Queen Anne villa, transforming it into a contemporary childcare centre with purpose-built learning spaces, dining areas, landscaped gardens, and a car park. Located near Camberwell Girls Grammar, this project reflects Nido’s commitment to excellence in early education environments and marks Jardon’s continued experience in delivering sensitive builds within prestigious inner Melbourne suburbs.

Spotlight on Arthur Williams | Independent Advisory Board Member

We're shining a light on Arthur's two year tenure in supporting our executive team on Jardon Group's Advisory Board.

Arthur brings more than 30 years of construction leadership in the construction and property sectors across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He has held senior positions with leading builders Multiplex, Probuild and Abigroup, giving him hands‑on insight into complex project delivery. Later transitioning to property development with 3L Alliance, Arthur oversaw major development initiatives and gained a deep understanding of investor, stakeholder, and end‑user priorities. His work is further complemented by his own strategic advisory consultancy.

At Jardon Group, Arthur draws on this unique dual‑lens perspective to guide the organisation’s long‑term strategy and foster a culture built on collaboration, clarity and high performance. MBV AWARD NOMINEE: Stockland Halcyon Jardin Clubhouse

Jardon have been nominated for a 2026 Master Builders of Victoria Excellence in Construction Award for the construction of Stockland's Halcyon Jardin Clubhouse in Clyde North.

Working with Stockland, Jardon successfully delivered a comprehensive community clubhouse for the Halcyon Jardin development - an over-50s lifestyle community designed to foster connection, wellness and recreation. Designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke, the facility features a cinema, indoor pool, outdoor spa, lawn bowls green and pickleball courts, creating a vibrant social hub for residents.

This landmark project demonstrates Jardon’s capability in delivering high-quality, lifestyle-focused community infrastructure. Through meticulous planning and seamless collaboration with the client and design team, Jardon brought Stockland’s vision to life - creating a premium environment that blends luxury, functionality and enduring community value.

MBV AWARD NOMINEE: Mingarra Aged Care Community Centre

Jardon have been nominated for a 2026 Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Construction Award for the construction of Mingarra Aged Care Community Centre in Croydon.

Working with Aveo, Jardon delivered a two-stage upgrade of the Mingarra community precinct in Croydon, designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects. Serving Aveo’s retirement living community, the works transformed the precinct into a vibrant, purpose-built lifestyle destination for residents.

Stage 1 — Pavilion delivered a games room, billiards room, workshop and new restroom facilities, enriching residents’ day-to-day recreational and social lives.

Stage 2 — Community Hub introduced a pool, spa, gym and hair studio alongside new consultation spaces, a generous lounge and dining area, a reading nook and café — all thoughtfully oriented to capture scenic views of the Dandenong Ranges.

Both stages were delivered within a live community environment, reflecting Jardon’s collaborative, safety-led approach and commitment to creating high-quality spaces that foster wellbeing and connection.

This collection of thirteen residences at Glyndon Terraces represents a landmark project for client Above Zero together with Wilbow Group. Jardon’s commitment to quality, director-led delivery shines through with features such as private basement retreats, corner-position dual-aspect living and considered landscaping throughout the site.

The project sits within one of Camberwell’s most established enclaves, close to Fordham Village, and is designed in collaboration with Cera Stribley & Lauren Tarrant Design to deliver a benchmark of quality and craftsmanship for the neighbourhood.

Jardonite Promotion: JACK MIDDLETON | promoted to Project Manager

A skilled Project Manager with plenty of on-site experience, Jack has quickly established himself as a top talent in the construction industry.

Prior to joining Jardon, Jack worked at Australian Façade Solutions as a Site Coordinator before quickly being promoted to Project Manager, working on a number of residential projects in Melbourne.

Jack studied Civil and Infrastructure Engineering as well as working as a labourer. He spent a semester abroad in Prague, and was also a finalist in the Australian Financial Review’s Top 100 Future Leaders Awards in 2019, which recognises Australia’s top graduates.

A confident and engaging presenter, Jack enjoys meeting new clients and building productive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors. He’s also an intrepid adventurer, having completed the Kokoda Trail and the world’s biggest mountain pass on the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal.
