Our work for Autex Acoustics has been shortlisted in the 2026 Interior Design Excellence Awards, in the Workplace Under 1000sqm category. One month until the winners are announced.

Autex’s new Essendon Fields HQ brings manufacturing, design and client service under one roof, and doubles as a working showroom for their own range. Fifteen acoustic materials are built into the space, so the team works inside the products they specify every day.

We’re so proud of this one. Awards are just the cherry on top, a reminder of what we’re capable of. Thank you to Australian Design Review and to every pair of hands that touched this project.

Made For best-in-class builders.
Mazzei are builders of award-winning, bespoke homes, meaning the bar for their own workplace was set long before we started.

Working with Amicus we assessed four sites before finding the right one. Their workplace matches the standard of the homes they’re known for, leaving a solid impression for clients and plenty of room for their growing team.

Made for Symal, Lara. With some seriously sweet words from our friend Frank Freskos, property developer at Incore, who lead this project and knows good process when he sees it.

Situated within a 20,000sqm warehouse facility built by Texco Construction, this regional hub has enough glitz and glamour to make you forget you’re an hour out of town.

Made For builders who don’t settle for second best. Mazzei build award-winning, bespoke homes, making the bar for their new workplace unequivocally high.

They’re dialled into quality and craftsmanship, so it was an honour to be involved. The front of house offers detailed joinery and integrated lighting, setting the tone of their service before you even take a seat.

Made For a warm welcome. Reception at Symal’s Lara workplace. City polish an hour out of the big smoke, creating a first impression moment that has small details doing the heavy lifting.

Every great workplace starts with a breakup.

We post a lot of finished projects and shiny new workplaces, but these photos can skim over the full story.

Behind every business with a fresh address or upgraded fitout is hours spent strategising and solving for what’s been holding them back.

We’re here to kill cookie cutter offices for good, starting with axing cookie cutter solutions. Workplaces Made For goodbyes that keep the heart of your business intact.

Our Workplace Design System is how we do it.

Made For heavy lifters with a high bar.
Symal’s Lara site is a regional hub for civil construction across Victoria. The brief was to take city polish an hour out of the big smoke, and build it to take a beating. We used hard-wearing, hearty materials, chosen to carry the brand and create a warm welcome in sparse surrounds.

Made For a better outlook. Located in Braybrook’s manufacturing precinct, Peerless is a U-shaped workplace that purposefully turns the building inward to bring natural light into high-traffic areas.

The main workspaces, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces all wrap around a sunlit courtyard.

And, of course, a putting green.
As always, it’s in the hips.
