Another outdoor transformation completed by CJP Built 🔨

This patio originally had tiled flooring laid over the area. We stripped it right back, removed and disposed of the existing tiles, then constructed a new low-profile timber subframe ready for decking.

Finished off with Ekodeck Designer Series in Ironwood, completely changing the look and feel of the backyard and creating a much warmer, more usable outdoor entertaining space.

✔️ Existing tiles removed & disposed of
✔️ New timber deck framing
✔️ Joist protection installed
✔️ Ekodeck Designer Series – Ironwood
✔️ Clean, low-maintenance finish built to last

Another deck transformation complete in Kings Park! 🔨✨

From an ageing, undersized entry landing to a spacious new front deck that completely changes the look and functionality of this home.

For this project we:
✔️ Demolished and removed the existing landing and stairs
✔️ Installed new concrete footings and structural framing
✔️ Applied joist protection tape to all framing for added longevity
✔️ Installed premium 140mm Merbau decking
✔️ Constructed new compliant stairs and balustrading
✔️ Finished the deck with a fresh coat of decking oil to enhance and protect the timber.

The result is a clean, modern front entrance that’s built to last and adds both value and street appeal to the home.

A massive thank you to our clients for trusting CJP Built with another quality project. We couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out! 👏

Thinking about replacing an old deck or building a new outdoor space? We’d love to help.
