Want to help prevent your walls from condensation and mould ? Want to keep your house warmer in winter and cooler in summer, these are just a couple of facts with insulation. These walls did not have that and that’s exactly what was happening so we pulled them done, insulated and replaced . Timber work completed by Wazza from Wazza’s Cre8tive Carpentry 💪

Another Birregurra job completed until Kitchen , laundry cupboards go in . 75ml cove in all of the house apart from main living / dining which is a more fancy cornice which definitely takes time doing

* Put in a garage ceiling + a man hole with 55mm Cove Cornice
* Cover up a brick wall as they wanted the room a bit brighter than it originally was

Not a bad way to start the year ticking this one off just in time for the builders Monday. First time doing work for these guys so hopefully more to come in the future. Ended up being a lot of work in this one as only Two of us insulated and hung the whole house “ a day thrown in by a mate with the stopping “ apart from that just myself stopping and sanding the entire house. Been a ripper job to work on - onto the next 🤌

Finally 2025 is complete for work. Massive thanks to all my clients this year, has been pretty overwhelming with some of the places I’ve got to work on this year. Also big shout to out everyone that has jumped on board with me this year to make it the year it was for the business, much appreciated. Another stage Completed with just the garage to go for the inside work. HUGE thanks to all the people that have jumped on board to help keep everyone rolling on this one. A level 5 finish on the main ceiling with so much light shining through the big windows. Painters have started and this joint is coming a treat !!

Stage 1 of this huge joint with Three different levels is complete
Doing this one in stages due to not everything being ready. Still a lot to go but good to see the progress coming along.
All external walls are precast panels which we had to be super careful not to drop anything on. Tear away to all panels for a nice flush neat finish, square set all round !! Looking forward to stage two once ready 💪

Took on a bit of a project manage roll for this job and from start to finish has all gone to plan.
This en-suite shower needed some serious attention. Huge thanks to all trades that worked on this job, all worked in well together and got the job complete on time which is always good and keeps everyone happy .
