Today was all about investing in our team, with a dedicated training session focused on Procore and HammerTech. While we’ve been using both platforms for well over 12 months, we understand that continuous learning and regular refreshers are essential to maintaining high standards across our projects.

The photo says it all — our future leaders working together, sharing knowledge, and building their understanding of the systems that help us manage safety, quality, and project delivery every day. Safety has always been a major priority at Kelly Civil Construction, and with a number of upcoming projects involving working at heights, we’ve once again invested in making sure our crews are trained to the highest standards.

This week, members of our team completed both Working at Heights and EWP training, continuing to build on the strong safety culture we are creating across all of our projects.

At Kelly Civil, we believe quality work starts with a safe and well-trained team. Investing in our people not only keeps our crews safe, but also ensures we continue delivering projects professionally, efficiently, and to the highest standard for our clients.

A massive thank you to the team for their attitude and commitment throughout the training. It’s great to see everyone continually wanting to improve, learn, and raise the bar.

Sometimes the pictures just don’t do it justice.

Another massive milestone ticked off with the remaining two bridge abutments now completed for the team at Fulton Hogan With the Super-T installation not far away, it’s great to see this project continuing to take shape.

A huge credit to the entire Kelly Civil crew who have pushed through some challenging weather conditions over recent weeks to keep the project moving safely and efficiently. The commitment, attitude, and teamwork shown on site has been outstanding.

These types of projects don’t happen without strong planning, quality workmanship, and crews willing to dig in when conditions get tough. Massive effort by everyone involved.

Looking forward to the next stage of the project.
