PAYNE-less Projects

Hi local community

My name is Craig Payne and I am the owner of 'Payne-less Projects' a local handyman and maintenance business. I moved here from out West and bring 30+ years of experience with me. I have been building Payneless on the Mid North Coast and am now a preferred contractor for 3 local real estate agents and growing.

I’ve got a few spots available this week and would love to help you with your next project.
If you’ve got something that needs fixing, freshening up or finally getting crossed off the list give me a shout.

🚿 Bathroom spruce-ups are my bread & butter - regrouting, silicone, repairs, replacing fittings and giving tired bathrooms a freshen-up without the cost of a full reno.

I also take on plenty of other work:

🔨 Deck building & repairs
🎨 Interior & exterior painting
🪚 All Carpentry & timber work
🏠 Small renovations
🚪 Doors, trims & repairs
🧱 Exterior work
🔧 General property maintenance & odd jobs

If its not on the list just ask as chances are I can help.

So far I have built a solid reputation for turning up when I say I will, doing the job properly and leaving a high standard of work behind.

BUILDERS & TRADES if you’re under the pump and need an extra pair of experienced hands on site, flick me a message. Happy to jump in and help out for a day or a few days when needed.

I’m keen to keep building good relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders and other trades across the Mid North Coast. No mucking around. Fair pricing. Good work.

Send me a message (a couple of photos are also helpful) with what you need done and we’ll have a chat.

Another job completed for one of our regular customers 🔨

This time, replacing some damaged exterior cladding and getting everything looking fresh again.

From one job to the next, this customer keeps choosing Paynless Projects — and there’s no better recommendation for a small business than a customer who keeps coming back.

Because you can't go wrong with reliable service, reasonable pricing and quality work.

Whether you’ve got one job that needs doing or a growing list of those “little jobs” that never seem to get done, send us a message and see how Paynless Projects can help.

Did you know that grout and silicone don’t just come in white??

There are plenty of colour options available depending on the look you’re after.

Sometimes a simple colour change is all you need to completely transform a space.

This customer wanted to switch things up from white to black grout and silicone — and check out the difference! 🖤

And Craig doesn't just transform bathrooms

🏠 kitchens
🏠 indoor or outdoor tiled areas
🏠 laundries
🏠 decks

Craig has availability coming up so send us a message and let’s see what a grout and silicone makeover could do for your space

✨ Before → After ✨

You don't always need a full renovation to completely transform your bathroom.

Fresh grout can restore the look of tired tiles, improve waterproofing by addressing failed grout, and make the whole space feel clean, fresh, and new—without the cost of replacing everything.

If your grout is cracked, stained, or mouldy, it might be time for a grout refresh.

Cracked, mouldy or missing grout isn't just cosmetic—it can allow water to pe*****te behind your tiles, potentially leading to expensive damage over time.

A professional degrout and regrout doesn't just give your bathroom a fresh new look; it also helps restore the integrity of your tiled surfaces, improving water resistance and extending the life of your bathroom—all without the cost of a full renovation.

A facelift for your bathroom.

Protection for your home.
