Need more space, but don’t want to move? 🏠

This recent extension shows how much can be achieved with a relatively small addition!

Created for a lovely young family who had simply outgrown their existing home, the split-level extension added an extra bedroom, office, rumpus room and two bathrooms; giving the family more room to live, work and grow.

Large windows and a hallway skylight bring plenty of natural light into the new spaces, while thoughtful planning made the most of every square metre.

You don’t always need a huge extension to make a huge difference to how your home works for your family.

This renovation was completed a few months back, transforming a bathroom, laundry and powder room that had seen better days. There was old termite damage to address, including rotten sections that needed careful repairing without collapsing the structure all before we could begin.

Clean lines, natural textures and a timeless palette have turned these spaces into a place to slow down and enjoy.

It’s amazing what a well-planned renovation can do, not just for the look of a home, but for the way it feels each and every day.
