Our factory in Cockburn Central, Western Australia, uses quality Australian materials provided by accredited suppliers to manufacture a full range of superior quality Lattice Towers, Poles, Guyed Masts and Accessories. At the same facility, we also manufacture; Custom Designed Structures, Telescopic Masts, Mobile Structures and Roof Top Structures. All products come complete with a full range of accessories. While weather delays have required a return visit to finalise the remaining works, the crew has done a fantastic job keeping the project moving and delivering strong results so far. 👏

A huge effort from the FEC crew during a single two-week swing in August. 👏

The team closed out the remaining punch list items across two sites, leaving both ready for client handover, while also making significant progress at another site by completing the tower and CER earthing, pre-assembling the 40m tower, and getting it erected.

Despite multiple priorities and workfronts, the crew stayed agile, kept the job moving, and delivered everything planned for the swing, and more.

Our crew recently completed mast and foundation strengthening works at a very remote site, delivering a great outcome under challenging conditions. 💪

The team constructed new guy anchors using precast blocks for two of the anchor points, while the third was embedded into existing boulders on site.
In addition, all existing guy tensions were found to be very high and were adjusted to meet the engineer's requirements.

Considering the remote location and site conditions, the crew did a fantastic job and should be proud of the result. 👏

The team recently returned to an SA wind farm to complete a full replacement of the wind systems across all three Met Masts on site. 🌬️

The re-commissioning of the new equipment and logger cabinets was completed smoothly, with a great outcome across all three sites. 👏

A big thank you also to TAMS for their support in reconnecting the 230V AC power and completing the ECoCs seamlessly. A great example of collaboration delivering successful results. ✅

On the way home from a recent WA project, one of our team members made a quick pit stop at a WA wind farm to relocate a valued client's LiDAR that was sitting idle and not collecting data. 🌬️

It was a great opportunity to pivot during demobilisation and assist the client at short notice, ensuring the equipment was back in position and ready to get to work.

A simple adjustment, a happy client, and a great result all round. 👏

🗼 Another impressive Met Mast build completed by the FEC team!

One of our crews headed out to deliver another 160m Met Mast installation and made the most of the conditions, progressing efficiently through the build and showcasing their expertise from start to finish. 💪

💪 A massive effort from the FEC team to deliver another challenging project!

The crew recently completed foundation strengthening works, overcoming significant water management challenges due to the site conditions.
After several days of pumping and preparation, the team was able to establish the base required for formwork and reinforcement works to proceed.

The final stages saw the crew complete a 56m³ concrete pour, strip formwork and leave the site ready for handover. 👏

The team's hard work, persistence and commitment to getting the job done even earned a mention in the client's newsletter—a fantastic recognition of the effort that went into delivering this project.
