ISC Electrical is a Multidisciplinary Electrical Company based in Cobram, Victoria seeking a Business Administration Assistant •
The position will play an instrumental role in the day to day running and success of our business. Working hours for
this role will be 25 hours per week with the potential to increase to a full-time position.
Our successful candidate will:
• Have an enthusiastic, friendly personality with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Demonstrate great communication skills (both verbal and written).
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Be IT savvy - desirable programs are MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Show professionalism and reliability.
• Be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
• A willingness and ability to learn new tasks, software and procedures
ISC Electrical will provide all on job training for required tasks, however, the following skills
will be advantageous:
• Have Payroll/Accounts experience using Xero
• Experience in using job management software
• Experience in a similar role in the electrical or construction industry
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
• Completing Accounts and Payroll requirements.
• Processing stock and job purchase orders
• Keeping stock file and pricing up to date.
• Effective communication and assistance to suppliers and customers in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Providing administration support to the team and supporting the smooth running of
day-to-day office activities.
