Are you a Roof Plumber or Apprentice Roof Plumber in Melbourne?

Xclusive Roofing is hiring our next powerhouse roof plumber to join our ever expanding team! Office located in Clyde North but travel can cover a majority of Melbourne.

This role focuses on repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance across residential and commercial sites. Ensuring quality workmanship, safe practices, and excellent customer service. Whether you're a qualified tradesperson or just starting your apprenticeship, we'll match the role to your experience and give you the support to grow.

You'll work as part of a small, supportive crew dedicated to delivering top-tier roofing solutions and qualified tradespeople will also work independently as required.

🔨 Key Responsibilities 🔨

- Perform (or assist with, if an apprentice) roof plumbing repairs, maintenance, and leak detection as allocated
Inspect and report on roofing conditions, materials, and safety compliance
- Complete fascia, guttering, downpipe, flashing, and roof sheet repairs
- Liaise with clients and office staff to ensure smooth job scheduling and communication
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, site safety, and presentation
- Apprentices will also attend on-the-job and TAFE/RTO training as part of their apprenticeship

🔨 Skills and Experience 🔨

⭐ For Qualified Tradespeople:
- Qualified Roof Plumber with relevant trade certification (VIC Plumbing Licence preferred)
- Solid experience in roof repairs, maintenance, and re-roofing
- Driver's licence and own tools essential

⭐ For Apprentices:
- Keen to start or continue a roof plumbing apprenticeship — all year levels considered
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work towards trade qualification
- Driver's licence highly regarded (own tools not essential at this stage)

⭐ Required for Both:
- White Card and Working at Heights ticket required (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
