Concealed toilet cisterns look really good when they are first installed but 10 years down the track, when they fail, the poor plumber called to fix them finds sometimes that the valve is legacy and no longer manufactured or that you have to try and enquire from all over Sydney, indeed Australia for replacement parts. As for technical replacement instructions, assist movies etc, forget about it. Hopefully another plumber has uploaded a movie on You Tube. Recently I had to replace an outlet valve in a Parisi concealed cistern and the valve came with dual cable actuated button pack. I made this movie and hopefully it assists someone if they need to service a concealed Parisi cistern in future

Now there is a common misconception that PVC pipes are immune to tree roots. Don't fall for this one. The slightest crack or imperfection and/or bad joints and the roots are in. You can see significant tree root infiltration but not only that, mud has accumulated and packed so densely that the inside of the pipe is almost as hard as a house brick.
