Another successful water main repair completed for one of our valued body corporate clients 💧🔧

With a planned shutdown in place, all prep work was completed prior to arriving on site to minimise downtime and keep disruption to residents to an absolute minimum.

🔨 Roof Works Completed – Burpengary 🏠

We recently wrapped up roof works for a customer in Burpengary who was experiencing rusting gutters caused by insufficient fall from the original installation, allowing water to sit and accelerate corrosion.

✅ Removed and installed new gutters with correct fall to ensure proper drainage
✅ Completed a full roof re-screw, replacing rusted screws and perished washers
✅ Replaced broken laser light sheets as requested by the customer

All works completed with care and left clean and tidy on completion. Another roof sorted and protected for years to come 👌

Stormwater Upgrade – Scarborough 🚧

We attended a customer in Scarborough who was having ongoing issues with her stormwater drainage.

After inspection, we found the problem straight away — old, squashed 90mm pipe buried underground, restricting flow and causing issues.

✅ Cut concrete at the rear of the house
✅ Installed new stormwater pits
✅ Upgraded to 100mm DWV pipe in-ground
✅ Ran a brand new stormwater line all the way to the kerb
✅ Site fully cleaned and left tidy on completion
