Instead of a standard swinging door that would crowd the timber drawers, we built a premium sliding plantation shutter system to divide the rooms. When it's closed, you can tilt the louvres to let the air flow freely while completely blocking the line of sight from the next room. We paired it with matching hinged shutter panels for the adjacent windows to keep the entire space looking uniform.

A heavy-duty track system like this leaves absolutely no room for error. If the tracking or the panels are out by even a millimetre, the shutter will stick, rattle, or sit crookedly against the wall. We don't do "near enough" installations. By manufacturing the panels locally and measuring the space twice, we ensure the entire system slides effortlessly and the clean, modern lines run perfectly parallel to your flooring and architraves.
