Accounting Duties: Handle Xero tasks, including accounts receivable and reconciling.
Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer enquiries with a smile.
Autonomous Work: You’ll work independently in our Cleveland office for most of the time.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially with accounts receivable reconciliation.
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to juggle tasks under pressure.
Bonus points if you have trade experience to easily handle plumbing-related enquiries, but we’ll help you learn the ropes!
Flexibility to work 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential adjustments to accommodate school hours for the right candidate.
