Meet Max!

Maxi joined Jadair Electrical as an apprentice when being the new kid meant doing the hard yards and learning fast. Since day one, he has brought a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to take on any task. Now, he is on the home stretch of his capstone and set to become the first apprentice to complete all four years with us since the business changed hands.

A full-circle moment, and one we are genuinely proud of 🩵
