New project | Monash University

Ducon has been appointed to deliver the Paramedicine Simulation Lab Conversion at Monash University’s Peninsula Campus in Frankston.

The project will transform an existing facility into a specialised simulation environment, supporting paramedicine training and providing students with access to a realistic, contemporary learning space.

As our first project with Monash University, we’re pleased to be contributing to the University’s ongoing investment in high-quality teaching and learning environments.

We look forward to working closely with the project team to deliver an outcome that supports Monash University’s broader objectives and the future training of paramedicine students

Project Completion | Burwood East Primary School

We’re proud to share the completion of the Outdoor Shelters Project at Burwood East Primary School, providing new all-weather shelter facilities for students and staff.

The shelters have created safer, more functional outdoor spaces for the school community to use throughout the year. Working within an operating school, our team carefully staged construction to minimise disruption to daily school activities, with safety and quality a priority throughout.

The project reflects our team’s experience delivering education facilities while working around the needs of students and staff.

Project Complete | Victoria Police Lakes Entrance Station

Ducon has reached Practical Completion on the Victoria Police Lakes Entrance Station Accommodation Program Refurbishment Works.

The project included refurbishment and modifications to existing operational areas, together with the commissioning of upgraded facilities.

Delivering these works within a live policing environment required careful planning and coordination to maintain the station’s functionality, security and operational requirements throughout the project.

The completed works demonstrate Ducon’s capability in delivering complex refurbishments within occupied and operational environments, while working closely with clients and project stakeholders.

Well done to the Ducon team and everyone involved in delivering a strong outcome.
