We manage residential renovation projects from ground works through to final handover.

Current main project located in The Gap with other small projects across Brisbane

What we offer :

- QBCC carpentry license
- Five years of post-apprenticeship experience (not essential but preferred)
- Reliable vehicle and necessary carpentry tools

Carport/driveway project completed at Clayfield.
Exposed aggi driveway prepped and poured. Double carport built and painted to fit in perfectly with existing house.
Nice project to have completed.

We have an amazing project on at the minute, top floor penthouse apartment on King’s Beach Caloundra to be stripped out and renovated! First day was made easier with the fantastic crew from Elevates Cranes to get the demo waste down and the construction materials brought up. Watch this space for the before and after pics!

Transformation of dark cluttered garage space with the removal of posts and addition of structural steel to open this massive area right up.

We have decided to rename the company from Siuineir. Hats off to our suppliers for remembering who we are 'The builder with the accent' lol, but alas we have decided to go with a name that's a wee bit easier to remember / pronouce / order materials with.
