Our latest project taking shape in Bilambil Heights is a great example of what we mean when we talk about building smarter, rather than simply building bigger.

Our clients came to us with a beautiful sloping site overlooking the valley and surrounding bushland. The challenge was to create a home that worked with the land, made the most of those incredible views and still delivered everything they needed within an efficient footprint.

At just 160m², the result is a home packed with thoughtful features. The design has been carefully positioned to open the main living spaces to the outlook, connect indoor and outdoor areas, capture natural light and ventilation, and create a sense of space that extends well beyond the home's physical footprint.

It's an approach we believe strongly in at Eco Essence Homes—putting quality, performance and thoughtful design ahead of unnecessary size. When a home responds properly to its site and surroundings, 160m² can feel like so much more.

We're currently at frame stage, and it's exciting to see the design beginning to take shape against the Bilambil Heights landscape.

One of ours most unique projects to date has reached another exciting milestone, with the Structural Insulated Panels , now being assembled on site after their arrival via sea.

Building on Lord Howe Island presents challenges unlike almost anywhere else in the country. With limited access, strict environmental controls and complex logistics, every element of the project has been carefully considered long before construction began.

That's where SIP construction has played a pivotal role.

Watching months of planning come together as the home begins to take shape is incredibly rewarding, and we're excited to share the journey as this remarkable project continues to evolve.
