I really appreciate this lovely review. Rose’s words made me proud of the service that we provide to the community.

I also wanted to mention to you all, to BEWARE of locksmith scammers.

These guys are not part of our industry and are not even trained/qualified locksmiths. They prey on innocent victims, charge exorbitant prices and in most cases can’t even do the required job at hand.

My advice is to do some research before you hire a locksmith.

If you’re in doubt, or something doesn’t feel right, go with your gut instinct and do not use that business.

Be vigilant people

Rogue operators trading as locksmiths are targeting Australians with slick websites and low upfront quotes, only to hit customers with inflated bills later.

Protect yourself against scammers:
🔐 Check the website – does it have an "about us" and show where the business is located?
🔐 Get a detailed quote upfront, including call-out fees, after-hours charges and additional costs
🔐Make sure you get an invoice so CBS can help you if something goes wrong.

I run a local auto locksmith business Galmier Locksmiths

and have been working in the trade for over 20 years. Based here in the Bayside area, I help with things like lost car keys, spare keys, remote fobs, ignition repairs and getting you back into your car if you’re locked out.

I’ve worked on a wide range of vehicles over the years, from older models through to modern proximity systems, and always aim to turn up on time and get things sorted without any stress.

If you ever need advice, even if you’re not sure what the issue is, feel free to reach out – happy to help where I can.
