🌡️ Sicily is experiencing another day of extreme heat.

The highest temperature recorded today was 46.2°C (115.2°F) in Santa Croce Camerina.

Other scorching temperatures across the island included:
🔥 Gela: 45.9°C (114.6°F)
🔥 Enna: 45.3°C (113.5°F)
🔥 Mazara del Vallo: 44.5°C (112.1°F)
🔥 Aragona: 44.5°C (112.1°F)
🔥 Palermo: 42.4°C (108.3°F)

Heatwave warnings and an extreme wildfire risk remain in effect across much of Sicily. If you’re visiting the island, stay hydrated, avoid outdoor activities during the hottest hours, and follow local safety advice.
