30 years. One team. 🏗️
Some people become part of the fabric of a business, and for us, Scott Beaton is certainly that.
Scott first joined the team on work experience in 1990. Thirty-six years later, 30 of those have been spent with us, a milestone that speaks to loyalty, but also to quiet, consistent excellence and a career worth celebrating.
From early projects at the Royal Mail Hotel and Mt Sturgeon Homestead in Dunkeld, to St Patrick's Primary School and the Victorian Hotel in Port Fairy, Scott has been part of some of our most significant builds across the region. For the past 16 years, he has led our Southern division across Port Fairy and Warrnambool, delivering high-end architectural homes and commercial projects alongside some of the region's most respected architects.
His eye for detail, his ability to lead with professionalism and precision, and the trust he has built with clients, trades and colleagues over three decades is something we don't take for granted.
