The finished photographs tell one story. The before images tell another.

Beneath the floating staircase sits a concealed steel structure, timber-wrapped treads, and a powder-coated balustrade ... countless hours of precision workmanship to achieve something that looks effortless.

The custom external shading system - alloy extrusions engineered at precise angles and spacing - was as much a technical exercise as a design one, carefully calculated to maximise solar performance without compromising the home's clean architectural lines.

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Moutajup build has been officially certified by the Passivhaus Institut in Germany, the gold standard in sustainable building certification.

Moutajup has achieved Passive House Plus status, making it one of only 50 new-built homes in all of Australia to hold this prestigious designation.

This is a remarkable achievement that reflects years of careful planning, precision construction, and an unwavering commitment to building without compromise. As proud sponsors of the Cavendish Football Netball Club, we're honoured to back a club that means so much to our community and to our family. The Bloods have a long and proud history of success on the field and on the court, but it's the community spirit that keeps us coming back week after week.

Mt Arapiles Farmhouse | Office Space

When you step inside the office at Mt Arapiles Farmhouse, the same considered design that defines the exterior carries through to every interior detail. Kinvonvie Homestead | A Renovation Story

Dating back to the 1920s, this extensive renovation required our team to do two things at once, honour everything that made the property remarkable, and thoughtfully bring it into the present.

We began by demolishing the ageing outbuildings attached to the main homestead, making way for a considered extension that added new bedrooms, bathrooms, a study, and connecting hallways. The kitchen, living, and dining areas were reconfigured for better flow, and solid brick internal walls were removed to open the home to natural light without sacrificing its soul.

What we kept was just as deliberate as what we changed.

The original bay window and heritage archway at the front of the sitting room were carefully preserved. All original fireplaces repaired and retained. The formal dining room, billiard room, den, and sitting room restored to honour their period character. One of the original bathrooms was meticulously brought back to life (heritage charm intact), with modern fittings seamlessly integrated.

Most recently, our team returned to add a luxurious ensuite to the master bedroom, tucking it into a section of the existing northern verandah, with exquisite Unicraft joinery designed to feel like it was always there.
