Cassins Healthcare Design & Construct Specialists in bespoke fitouts for the Healthcare industry - design, consultation & fitouts

Constructing Custom fit outs exclusively for the HEALTHCARE industry

For over 30 years and counting, Cassins have exclusively specialised in the healthcare industry. If you care for the health of people or their beloved pets, Cassins can help you to create impressive, efficient and attractive medical rooms. The founder of Cassins, Richard Cassin believed that the company is best at creating possibilities where at first it may seem impossible. Cassins have built an exemplary reputation built on reliability, problem solving, trust and respect – and not to mention good old fashioned family values. Where It All Began:
Just like Apple, Google and Amazon, Cassins began in a garage! That was more than 20 years ago - it wasn’t long before demand and growth required a much bigger location. A move to Castle Hill was in order, where you’ll still find Cassins today – only they now need two factories to operate from, and not one! Cassins success has continued due to the same innovative thinking that they have been known for from the very beginning. By drawing on many years of specialised healthcare experience and always asking their clients ‘why?’, the Cassins' team better understand their clients needs, which allows them to create better solutions for YOU. To discuss your requirements and see what exciting and efficient solutions Cassins can create for you, phone 1300 122 774.

We're sorry we've been AWOL for a while. We've been really busy bringing healthcare fitouts to reality, and have had no time to tell you all about them. Hence this post:

We're hiring.

3rd Year Apprentice Cabinet Maker | Castle Hill | Immediate Start

Looking for a place where you can finish your apprenticeship, learn your trade properly, work with a good bunch of people and for a company that is financially stable and secure?

We’re looking for a 3rd Year Apprentice Cabinet Maker to join our team in Castle Hill, with an immediate start available.

A little about us
We’re Cassins. A family-run business that’s been around for 35+ years. We specialise in custom healthcare fitouts for medical, dental, radiology and veterinary practices. We’re a small, close-knit team, and we take pride in doing good, quality work. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, get stuck in and become a valued part of the team.

What’s in it for you?
· Above-award wages + super
· Full-time work when you’re not at TAFE + overtime
· Immediate start
· Uniforms provided
· Free on-site parking
· Mainly factory-based in Castle Hill, with some site installation work (you’ll get there in our vehicle)
· A friendly team where your hard work actually gets noticed
· A stable company with plenty of experience behind it
You’ll be learning by actually doing the work, including:
· Custom cabinet making
· Working with laminate
· Panel saw, edge ba**er and drilling centre
· Reading and understanding plans
· Working as part of a team
· Paying attention to the details that make a job run smoothly
· Seeing projects through from start to finish

Most importantly, we want to help you become a really good cabinet maker, not just get through your apprenticeship.

For someone who’s a great fit with the team, there’s potential to stick around and continue building your career with us after your apprenticeship.
If you’re keen to learn, take pride in your work and want to join a solid team, we’d love to hear from you. No need for a fancy application. Just give us a call on 9899 6127 for a chat or to find out more.

Grateful moment 🙏

Nothing makes our day more than hearing positive feedback from our clients. In healthcare fitouts, every detail matters. The spaces we create support care, comfort, and the people who rely on them every day.

A huge thank you to our client for trusting us with your vision and for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback motivates our team to keep raising the bar and delivering spaces we are proud to create.

YES, CHEF!

We couldn’t think of a better way to end the year than celebrating the legends who make Cassins what it is - our incredible team.

Keeping our favourite tradition alive, after the Boss cooked us breakfast at his house, the rest of the day’s plans stayed top secret until we arrived at the old Rosella soup cannery building at Rosebery to do a three-course cooking class with Vive Cooking School. Beef carpaccio, potato gnocchi with butter & peas and Tiramisu was cooked and enjoyed by our team thanks to the skilful teaching of Jodie.

There were plenty of laughs, lots of festive cheer, and a well-earned chance to relax and celebrate together. We also definitively know who has the best cooking skills.

Huge thanks to Team Cassins for an amazing year. Merry Christmas to all and cheers to a well-deserved break! 🎄🥂✨
