Taronga Project

The natural light filled ensuites of Taronga comprise of bespoke tile selections from Surface Gallery Australia and luxurious finishes from ABI Interiors . The master includes curved venetian rendered wall, double vanity and wet room with freestanding concrete bath.

With this being the ultimate family home, it's not just the master that is amazing. An additional 'Jack and Jill' design ensuite continues the luxurious natural design throughout this project.

Twofold Building Projects, a Sutherland Shire residential building company, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team. Our business has approximately four single or dual-occupancy homes under construction at any given time, with the equivalent in the pipeline preparing for contracts.

Tasks would include, but not limited to;

- Develop and prepare contracts that comply with the relevant laws and codes
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs and projects
- Preparing the scope of works and bid packages for subcontractors
- Obtaining quotes from subcontractors and suppliers and negotiating price and terms
- Provide data to the Project Estimator and review build estimates
- Liaising with designers, subcontractors, material suppliers, trades, to ensure that goals and schedules are met
- Collaborating with the Project Estimator to cost and process variation requests
- Budget forecasting and back-costing
- Delivering the Foremen information detailing the assigned contractors and scope of works ahead of schedule
- Having a thorough knowledge of the active projects and responding to any concerns or queries from various stakeholders
- Reporting to management

The right candidate would possess;

- 3+ years of CA/residential construction experience
- Relevant Contract Administration, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering tertiary qualification
- A proven record of effectively executing contracts to scope on budget
- A motivated and positive attitude with the drive to rise to a challenge
- Exceptional organisational skills with a systematic workflow
- The ability to foster industry and customer relationships
- Use online programs to document and communicate effectively
- A sound understanding of residential building practices and methods
- Experience with Buildertrend preferred
