Ryan joined Mainfix in February 2025 as our first Junior Customer Support team member and has now successfully completed his 6-month probation. From day one, he demonstrated a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
Over the past six months, Ryan has quickly become an integral part of the team, contributing through his own performance, while also supporting others. He naturally stepped into a mentoring role, providing 1:1 guidance to new staff and helping simplify complex tasks, which has strengthened the capability and confidence of the admin team.
Recently, Ryan completed both the Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration Technician courses with excellent feedback from his trainers. This marks the beginning of his transition into field operations; a reflection of both his ambition and the trust we place in him. We are proud of Ryan’s progress and confident he will continue to thrive as he takes on new responsibilities.
