Trades Assistant

❌You don’t need a trade certificate.
✔You need a white card
✔Your own transport
✔A genuine willingness to work hard and take pride in what you do

This is outdoor work on residential properties across Brisbane and SEQ. You’ll work alongside an experienced crew, learn a specialist trade and see the transformation unfold over two to three days on every job. In a typical week you’ll be working 35 hours or more.

The people who fit this role best often surprise us. They come from labouring, hospitality, warehouse,
brush hand work or floor sanding.

REVIVE Timber & Decks is a specialist timber restoration company servicing Brisbane and SEQ. We’re a family-run business and we’re hiring for two roles right now.

Trades Assistant (Casual)
You don’t need a trade certificate. You need a white card, your own transport and a genuine willingness to work hard and take pride in what you do.

This is outdoor work on residential properties across Brisbane and SEQ. You’ll work alongside an experienced crew, learn a specialist trade and see the transformation unfold over two to three days on every job. In a typical week you’ll be working 35 hours or more.

The people who fit this role best often surprise us. They come from NDIS work, hospitality, labouring, brush hand work or floor sanding. They want to be outside. They want structure without being micromanaged. They want to work somewhere that actually runs properly.

Team Leader (Full-Time)
You’ve got runs on the board. You’ve worked on the tools, you know how to manage a job and you’re the kind of person a crew follows naturally.

We’re building a leadership structure beneath our senior site lead and we’re looking for someone to grow into their own patch. You’ll start working alongside our Project Manager, learn the REVIVE standard and take on your own sites as that trust builds. This is stable ongoing work with a clear path forward.

Both roles offer:

Proper induction and training, professional equipment and systems, a business that has invested in doing things right and a team worth being part of.
