🏥 Critical Hospital Hot Water Upgrade 🔧🔥
Our team recently completed a hot water plant circulating pump upgrade at a major hospital — all within a tight shutdown window. ⏱️
The works involved isolating the hospital’s hot water feed and return lines, removing the existing faulty pump set and controllers, and installing a new REEFE 32 dual hot water circulating pump set. 💧🔧
Pipework was modified to suit the new installation, hot water pipework re-lagged, and the entire system thoroughly tested and commissioned before being brought back online. ✅
With essential services like these, planning, efficiency and safety are critical. Our team worked together to minimise downtime and restore the hospital’s hot water supply as quickly and safely as possible.
Another critical shutdown completed safely and on time. 💪👏

🏆 A HUGE shoutout to our GM, Connor! 👏
At the recent Level 2026 conference held in Bali earlier this month, we were incredibly proud to see Connor named as a finalist for Level Employee of the Year! 💙
An absolute workhorse and so deserving of this recognition! We’ve had the privilege of watching Connor flourish and grow into the incredible leader he is today over the past few years.
It was an incredibly tight field, and although he didn’t come away with the win, being recognised amongst such outstanding talent across the Level network is an achievement in itself!
His hard work, dedication and commitment never go unnoticed, and we’re so grateful to have him as such an integral part of our team.
He might not have taken home the trophy, but he’s already a winner in our eyes! 🏆

🔧 Happy National Tradies Day to our amazing crew! 💚

Today is about celebrating our tradies, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team we have around us.

We know the early mornings, long days and hard work that goes into this trade, and we genuinely appreciate everything you guys do — not just for the business, but for each other.

Over the years we’ve been lucky enough to build more than just a plumbing business. We’ve built a team of really good people who have grown alongside us, supported us through plenty of changes and helped make our business what it is today.

Anthony and I are so grateful for every one of you and proud to have you representing Level Plumbing and Gas Newcastle every day.

Freshly branded and ready to roll.

DABS Plumbing has officially rebranded to Level Plumbing & Gas Newcastle Central, with new vehicles, new uniforms and the Level brand now live across the business.

It’s a proud next chapter for a trusted local team, and a great example of what it looks like when a strong trade business backs its future with a bigger brand behind it.

For Anthony and Donna, the rebrand is about building on what they’ve already created, not moving away from it.

Now proudly trading under the Level brand.
