Things are taking shape at SOLIS! 💦🏡

Shotcrete day at our Balmoral project, with the pool starting to come to life.

A big shoutout to the team at Prime Shotcrete for their work on site.

Love where you live, but not the home you’re living in? 🏡

A knockdown rebuild could give you the best of both worlds.

Keep the location you love and start again with a blank canvas, creating a brand new home designed specifically around your block, your lifestyle and the way you want to live.

While renovating can seem like the obvious choice, costs can quickly add up and you’re often still working within the limitations of the existing home.

With Munro Designed Homes, our team can help guide you through the demolition process and onto the exciting part, designing and building your new custom home.
Keep the location. Change the home.

Discover custom, modern homes tailored to your lifestyle with Munro Designed Homes. Based in Brisbane, we specialize in innovative design and quality craftsmanship.

Every site has its own challenges, and SOLIS is no exception. 🏡
With a flood overlay affecting how this Balmoral home needs to be built, careful planning from the beginning is essential.
That means the pool goes in first, before construction of the home begins, with the filtration equipment positioned above the flood level.
A little look at the thinking that happens before a custom home even gets out of the ground.

We had Mini Munro at ‘Solis' for the pool dig today, making sure everything was up to standard. Never too early to learn the family business 😂

Choosing the right brick can completely change the look and feel of your home. 🧱

We stopped by the PGH Bricks display at the The Build and Design Centre in Brisbane to take a look at the huge range available and some of the ways brick can be used throughout a custom home.

From external cladding to feature walls and fireplaces, there’s plenty more to brick than you might think.

Not every dream home starts with the perfect block. 🏡

Narrow, sloping or unusually shaped sites can present challenges, but they can also create opportunities for great design.

At Munro Designed Homes, we work closely with our clients and architect to make the most of the available land, creating a custom home designed around the block rather than trying to force a standard design onto it.

More home from your block.
