A façade that proves investing where it matters most delivers the greatest impact.

This home uses a perforated screen to filter light, create privacy, and moderate heat—turning a simple material gesture into a defining architectural feature. As the sun moves, the façade comes alive with shifting shadows, softening the edge between inside and out.
