**Belconnen Bathroom Renovation Complete! 🚿✨**

That’s a wrap on our Belconnen project! Everything is now fitted off and we’re really happy with how this transformation has come together.

From completely reworking the original layout and opening up the slab for new plumbing, through to waterproofing, tiling and fit-off — there’s been plenty of work involved in this one.

The finished bathroom features a single-panel shower screen, overhead shower, niche, vanity and heated towel rail, with the separate toilet area also receiving a new back-to-wall toilet. New cornices, fresh paint and a new Tastic complete the transformation.

Most importantly, the clients are happy — and so are we! 👌

We’re right at the pointy end of our Belconnen project now!

The shower screen is in, shower head has been fitted, the toilet is being fitted off and we’re currently getting the shaving cabinet and vanity into place. Painting is complete, with the doors and final fit-off happening next.

After opening up the slab and completely reworking the layout earlier in this project, it’s great to see everything coming together exactly as planned.

One final push and this one will be ready for the client! 👌

Things are moving quickly at our Belconnen project!

The tiling is now complete and the new Tasmanian oak vanity has arrived and been installed. Cornices are next, followed by painting and then fit-off as we head towards the finish line.

The separate toilet area is also coming together with a new back-to-wall toilet and downlight going in.

After all the work that went into changing the original layout and relocating the plumbing, it’s great to see the finished space starting to take shape. Not long to go on this one! 👌

We’ve kicked off a big new project in Condor, and there’s plenty happening on this one!

Demolition is complete, the bathroom has been resheeted and the plumbing rough-in is now done. We’re not stopping at the bathroom either — the separate toilet, laundry and kitchen are all getting renovated as part of this project.

There’s a lot of work ahead, but everything is moving along nicely. We’ll be sharing updates as each area of the home starts to take shape! 👀

Macgregor Renovation Progress 🔨

A lot has happened since our last Macgregor update!

After completely stripping the area out and dealing with the water damage we uncovered, we've now installed new flooring and started preparing the space for its new layout.

We're also adding cavity slider doors to the hallway and laundry, along with a new linen cupboard — making much better use of the available space and improving the overall functionality of the home.

This is a substantial renovation with plenty happening behind the scenes, but it's coming along nicely. Stay tuned for the next update! 👀
