We are a Canberra based heating and cooling business with an operation that has been in existence for 30 years. We are looking for a proactive, skilled project administrator with at least 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in office environments. Knowledgeable in job management software such as AroFlo, Ascora, ServiceM8, Xero etc, and proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
We are looking for a highly motivated, and energetic self-starter with strong organisational & customer service skills. This is a diverse role that will allow you to be involved in various aspects of the business. Your attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, plan and delegate will be key.
Calm under pressure and capable of thinking on your feet, you will be a results-oriented person with proven abilities in developing positive relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers.
Quick to have an operational understanding of the organisation's aims and objectives. You will perform a key role within the Service Team. You will have the autonomy to design, implement & develop workflow processes/policies to ensure the business continues to adapt and grow in the current marketplace by utilizing our new CRM/scheduling software we will systematize and automate where possible.
