Another drainage issue sorted ✔️

Client was experiencing overflowing gutters during heavy rain, leading to water entering the house. After inspection, we found the roof only had two downpipes servicing a large area — not enough to handle the flow.

We installed an additional downpipe to improve capacity and prevent future overflow.

While on site, we also added a drainage pit in the backyard to capture excess groundwater and act as a surcharge point. This allows the stormwater system to safely release during heavy storms, helping protect both the gutters and the home.
