The recent demolition for the Ainslie Childcare project!

The project involves demolition of the old disused club office, extensive bulk earth and civil works while protecting trees of significance, and finally, construction of the new 750+sqm Childcare Centre. The site is nestled on the southern side of the iconic oval and will provide state of the art childcare and early learning services to the local community. This project has been a long time in the making, and we are proud to be entrusted with its delivery while continuing our valued relationship with the club.

Dickson Apartments

This recently completed development features 20 apartments across two, two-storey buildings, along with two townhouses, all supported by shared basement parking and storage facilities.

The project included the demolition of five decommissioned properties, protection of council-approved trees throughout the works, relocation of existing overhead powerlines underground, and construction of the new residential dwellings, transforming the site into a modern and well-connected community outcome.

A complex overnight operation at the ACT Legislative Assembly project.

Our team successfully relocated the 3.2-tonne steel portal structure that will frame the new public entrance to the Assembly. With the structure positioned directly behind a heritage statue and spanning over fragile heritage paving, lifting from the forecourt wasn’t an option, requiring a full night-time closure of one of Canberra’s busiest roads, London Circuit.

The operation involved significant coordination with stakeholders, 11 traffic controllers maintaining bus access and public diversions, and a carefully executed crane lift to protect the structure and surrounds.

A great result delivered by the team under challenging conditions.

Momentum is building at The Henry Stage 4 as structural works continue advancing across multiple buildings on-site. Each week sees an array of milestones ticked off.

The team has recently completed major precast installations on Buildings A and D, progressed upper ground structural works on Building C, and pushed ahead with Level 1 formwork on Building B. Scaffolding, stripping works, and basement activities are also tracking well as the project transitions into the next stage of vertical construction.

Looking ahead, crews will continue formwork and reinforcement activities across all buildings, with pre-pour preparations underway for Building B and internal fit-out works now commencing on-site.

A closer look at some of the details on the recently completed office fitout for R+M Family Law in Deakin.

Working alongside The Design Agency, this fitout brings together a refined palette of deep tones, warm neutrals and natural textures to create a space that feels confident, composed and focused. Subtle contrasts define each zone, supporting a modern workplace that reflects both identity and intent.

Behind the scenes, the transformation was just as considered. The project involved a full first-floor demolition, installation of a new lift, electrical upgrades, and delivery of a complete commercial fitout, all completed within a 10-week program.

A great outcome that balances design vision with construction precision.

With scaffolding down, the new DATS Building at Narrabundah College is really taking shape! Inside the fitout works continue as we work through the two floors creating the various learning environments for the new Design, Art, Technology, and Science Building.

This building will provide state-of-the-art learning environments, including purpose-built hospitality and food technology kitchens, 2D and 3D art studios, digital media and technology rooms, fully equipped science labs, and flexible spaces designed to meet the needs of today’s students.

The Henry continues to level up as the structural works push forward at a cracking pace. Each week sees concrete pours, new levels being formed up and precast panels being lifted into place with the iconic tower crane! The site is humming with activity in a well-coordinated effort thanks to our experienced project team.
