After years spending most weekends working on our family home, we’ve officially finalised the renovations and now it’s time for the next chapter.
Daly Constructions is making the move to QLD. What started as a long-term plan is now becoming reality as we prepare for an exciting new adventure.
Our home has been a true reflection of Shane’s workmanship over the years — showcasing not only quality construction, but the finer details that make a home feel warm, welcoming, and contemporary. From the internal renovations and custom finishes to the outdoor additions including horse shelters, steel yards to keep the horse lovers happy and a sandstone fire pit with built-in pizza oven for entertaining, a playground for the kids, and cleaner landscaping — this project has truly been a labour of love, all completed with Shane’s own two hands.
It’s been an opportunity to create a home that blends functionality, lifestyle, and quality craftsmanship, while also showcasing the standard Daly Constructions brings to every build and renovation (and to be honest, he probably takes even more care with client jobs 🫢).
As we prepare for the move, our beautiful country escape just outside Canberra is now on the market. Set against incredible mountain views, it’s a home that has been thoughtfully transformed and deeply enjoyed by our family.
We’re incredibly proud of what’s been created here and grateful to everyone who has supported Daly Constructions along the way. Here’s to new opportunities, new projects, and the next chapter in Queensland.
