Utility installation done right.

Ultegra has commenced works on a private high-voltage network for a new private storage facility in Moorebank, with our crews currently progressing through the 33kV conduit trenching and conduit bank installation.
Working alongside New Edge Group and Richard Crookes Constructions, our civil and traffic teams are delivering critical early infrastructure to support the site’s future electrical network.

Scope of works includes:
• Excavation and construction of HV and shared service trenches
• Installation of underground 33kV conduit banks.

This phase involves approximately 900m of HV conduit trenching and over 2.9km of shared service trenching.

Proud to see strong collaboration across all crews onsite. A big thanks to everyone involved for maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficient delivery.

⚡ Project Update | Arncliffe Central – Billbergia - HV/LV Delivery

Ultegra is proud to be delivering the complete ASP1 HV/LV and Private HV electrical packages at Arncliffe Central for Group.

This four-stage high-voltage program includes three Ausgrid network stages and a private HV substation, forming a critical part of the site’s permanent power infrastructure.

The scope includes design, supply, installation, testing and energisation of HV/LV infrastructure, substations, underground cabling, protection systems, earthing, SCADA and full authority coordination in line with Ausgrid requirements. 👀

Works completed to date include:�• Site investigations and early coordination�• Basement earthing for chamber substations�• Mandrilling of existing conduits to Ausgrid Transmission Substation�• Cast-in conduits installed within chamber substations

Next up:�• HV cable pull to Ausgrid TS�• Chamber metalwork rough-in�• Internal HV substation fit-out�• Switchgear, transformers, LV boards, protection & SCADA installation

With energisation targeted by EOFY (subject to authority approvals), our team is now transitioning into HV cabling, fit-out and commissioning phases to keep the broader construction program on track.

Strong coordination with Billbergia and Ausgrid continues to be key to delivery.
