There’s something timeless about a beautifully considered hallway, the first impression, the transition between rooms, and the subtle details that bring an entire interior together rather than a clinical white, very mediocre hallway!

For this project, we installed a luxurious textured wallpaper from creating warmth, depth and giving so much life throughout the space, it’s as though it should have been always there.

The result is a finish that doesn’t compete with the architecture or styling, it truly elevates it.

This stunning powder room features the exquisite Cole & Son Japanese Chinoiserie Grasscloth wallpaper! This design transforms walls into a hand-painted landscape of serene mountains, winding paths, delicate foliage, and traditional architecture.

Installing a wallpaper of this calibre is as much an art as it is a trade!
Unlike standard wallcoverings, grasscloth requires meticulous planning, trimming and expert craftsmanship. Every panel must be carefully installed ensuring nothing comes into contact with the material, also to preserve the flow of the scenic mural while working with the natural variations in texture and tone that make grasscloth so unique.

Project: Byron Bay 🌊🌴

We recently installed some natural grasscloth wallpaper to the master suite of this hinterland home. The brief was to bring a quiet kind of luxury to this space, subtle texture, organic depth, and a warmth that paint alone just can’t replicate!

With the grasscloth wallpaper, the woven fibres soften the clean architectural lines and balance beautifully with the rich wood tones of the sliding doors and trim. The result is a layered, timeless look that feels calm, grounded, and intentionally designed. It’s one of those finishes that doesn’t shout for attention, but you notice it the moment you step into this suite!
