CLIENT MEETING OUTCOME 🏡

We’ve landed on our Royston 234—and our clients are about 80% happy with the layout.

So, what happens with the final 20%?

We ask: if you could wave a magic wand, what would you change?

You tell us how you want your home to function, then the Wattle Court fairies get to work—using experience and problem-solving to find solutions that almost feel like magic. 🪄

We then take the updated plan and position it on your block, giving you a much better feel for the layout, available space and how the home will sit on the site.

For this home, we’re exploring improved laundry access, relocating the powder room, stretching parts of the floor plan and adding a loft activity area into the roofline.
