In Hawthorn, prestige is most convincing when it feels established, composed and deeply liveable.

Le Palais Grandeur interprets French Provincial design through proportion rather than excess. A symmetrical façade establishes calm street presence, while classical columns frame the main entry. Layered balconies, decorative balustrades, refined mouldings and tall French-style windows add depth and vertical rhythm. A soft stone palette and considered lighting reinforce the home’s quiet confidence within its inner-eastern setting.

That sense of order continues inside. Formal living and dining rooms provide space for occasion, while open-plan family living supports everyday connection. A private study and flexible zones allow the plan to adapt, and the central kitchen combines premium stone surfaces, integrated cabinetry and a butler’s pantry or second kitchen for practical entertaining.

Outdoor alfresco areas and landscaped gardens extend the living experience beyond the interior. The result is a bespoke Hawthorn residence that balances European character with modern family function, privacy and enduring appeal.

The value of a large Donvale block lies in the freedom to create space, privacy and a genuine connection with landscape.

The Verdant Contemporary Retreat uses that opportunity to spread the built form across the site, creating wider internal rooms and greater separation from boundaries. Its composition feels expansive rather than imposing, with framed views drawing the surrounding greenery into everyday life.

The planning supports multi-generational living through a balance of shared and private zones. Family spaces encourage connection, while separate retreats give extended family members independence and allow the home to adapt as needs change. Natural light travels through the living areas, reinforcing visual continuity without leaving private spaces overexposed.

Direct access to landscaped gardens and outdoor entertaining areas extends the living experience beyond the interior. A neutral palette, textured surfaces and durable finishes help the residence feel grounded within its setting.

The result is a clear and practical response to Donvale living: generous without waste, open without losing privacy, and designed for a family lifestyle that can evolve over time.

A contemporary home in an established neighbourhood should feel like a considered addition to its setting—not an interruption.

The Heritage Contemporary Manor responds to Hawthorn through proportion, restraint and a composed street presence. Strong alignments and a clearly defined entrance bring order to the façade, while a restrained material palette and carefully placed glazing create depth through changing light and shadow. The approach is deliberately calm, respecting the scale and character of the surrounding residential streets.

That clarity continues inside. Open-plan living areas provide space for family connection, while private zones support retreat and quiet. Flexible rooms can adapt for study, work or changing family needs, and efficient circulation makes movement between levels straightforward.

Natural light and framed garden views shape the internal atmosphere without giving up privacy. Living spaces connect directly with landscaped outdoor areas, allowing relaxation and entertaining to move naturally between inside and garden.

The result is contemporary living guided by context—balanced, practical and designed to remain relevant beyond short-term trends.

A home of this scale succeeds when grandeur is organised around daily life.

Le Château d’Or is a completed French Provincial mansion in Balwyn North, composed with formal symmetry, generous proportions and a clear arrival hierarchy. Pale stone-toned finishes, tall dark-framed openings, wrought-iron detailing and a layered roofline give the façade depth, while the elevated setting allows terraces to capture city views.

The residence sits on a 1,013-square-metre site and was presented with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a six-car garage. Those dimensions are translated into genuine lifestyle choice: chandelier-lit formal rooms, expansive family living, a music room and a retreat with wet bar.

At the heart of the home, the Miele kitchen combines integrated refrigeration with a Calacatta marble island and a fully appointed second kitchen. Leisure spaces include an indoor pool with swim jets, gym, sauna, theatre, wine cellar and alfresco entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen. Lift access and basement parking with a turntable connect the home’s levels with ease.

The result is a completed Balwyn North residence where ceremonial presence, private retreat and multi-generational flexibility are brought into one coherent whole.

On a premium urban block, the most successful home is not simply the largest. It is the one that gives every square metre purpose while creating a memorable arrival.

La Charmante adapts French Provincial design to contemporary Doncaster living. A symmetrical composition establishes calm and order, while the central arched entry and grand curved balcony form a clear street-facing focal point. Refined columns, mouldings and carefully controlled proportions give the façade presence without relying on unnecessary excess.

Inside, the planning balances formality with family flexibility. Multiple living zones allow different activities to occur at once, open-plan kitchen and dining areas support everyday connection, and private bedroom retreats create separation when needed. Seamless links between indoor and outdoor spaces make the home equally suited to quiet routines and larger gatherings.

Vaastu principles guide orientation, spatial balance and functional zoning, reinforcing the clarity already expressed through the home’s symmetry.

La Charmante demonstrates how a refined footprint can deliver strong street identity, practical movement and composed family living within an established suburban setting.

A grand family residence feels most resolved when every space has a clear purpose.

Point Cook / Hoppers Crossing Luxury Residence combines French Provincial presence with Vaastu-aligned planning for contemporary, multi-generational life in Melbourne’s west. The symmetrical façade is centred on a formal entry, with refined columns, mouldings and balanced proportions creating a composed street expression.

The planning is equally deliberate. Public and private areas are distinctly zoned, while open-plan family living and dining connect with outdoor gathering spaces. Multiple living areas allow family members to come together or retreat as needed. A premium main kitchen, separate spice-kitchen option and dedicated pooja space respond to cultural routines as well as large family occasions.

Bedroom planning supports long-term flexibility, including a ground-floor guest or parents’ room, spacious private suites and a master suite with walk-in robe. Vaastu principles guide the entry, room zoning, kitchen position and master bedroom, supported by considered natural light and ventilation.

The result is a home where European elegance, cultural priorities and everyday function are brought into balance.

A successful knockdown rebuild in an established suburb should feel like it belongs from the first day.

Le Château Majesté replaces an ageing Canterbury dwelling with a French Provincial residence designed around balance, proportion and streetscape sensitivity. The symmetrical façade establishes a clear hierarchy: a centred classical entrance, tall evenly spaced windows, wrought-iron accents and a restrained stone-and-render palette. The garage and driveway remain visually secondary, allowing the home and landscaped setback to lead the arrival.

Inside, the organisation balances formality with modern family life. Formal and informal living areas provide choice, while open-plan family and dining spaces connect naturally with the covered alfresco. A premium kitchen and supporting pantry serve both daily use and entertaining. Private bedroom zones, guest accommodation and a dedicated study add flexibility as family needs change.

The strength of this Canterbury transformation lies in its restraint. It creates presence without excess and contemporary comfort without losing the calm, established character of its setting.

Cultural Resort begins with the idea that a major event venue should do more than accommodate people. It should establish a clear sense of arrival, movement and shared identity.

Conceived as a cultural complex and grand reception centre in Melbourne, the project uses a strong central axis to organise the visitor experience. A dominant central dome, smaller domes, repeated colonnades and layered balconies create visual rhythm across the long façade, while the formal forecourt and elevated entry turn arrival into a ceremonial sequence.

Vaastu principles guide orientation, entrance positioning and directional zoning. The planning separates guest circulation from service movement and provides large halls, adaptable event areas, pre-function spaces, performance zones and back-of-house support. This flexibility allows the venue to accommodate weddings, festivals, performances, community gatherings and corporate functions at different scales.

Landscaped outdoor areas and visual connections to nature extend the experience beyond the interior. The result is a destination where cultural expression and practical event planning are held in balance—giving each gathering a sense of order, occasion and belonging.
