About the Role
As our new Administrator, you will play an integral part in supporting our technicians, customers and management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous administration experience in a trade-based industry.
• Familiarity with job management software such as ServiceM8 - preferable.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB or Xero - preferable but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
