Wayne from Camo’s Property Maintenance and myself have completed the first step to a new kitchen installation by Profit Cabinets on Monday coming. We have removed the whole kitchen, removed the old tiled splash backs, installed new plasterboard sheeting and have set off all joins. We have also removed the floor tiles effected by the original kitchen installation and have replaced those with new tiles supplied by the Client. Wayne from Camo’s Property Maintenance and myself recently completed another quality job for one of our Clients. 24m of retaining wall garden edging with a concrete thickening to support the top layer of blocks. Nice clean lines and a radius incorporated as per the Clients request. We managed to beat the rain although the humidity was through the roof. One of the latest joint ventures between

It went from an Adventure Store with change rooms to new cabinets installed to suit the Clients needs and then to a hair dressing salon fairly quickly. Wayne and myself undertook the installation of a concrete sleeper retaining wall to an unusable corner of the yard prior to a pool dig out. Heavy duty galvanised steel posts installed and sleepers placed into position with drain coil placed running the full length at two different heights. Rock installed behind the sleepers to help with drainage. Was a very taxing day as the concrete sleepers weighed 80kg each and we placed 40 x 20kg bags of rock in behind the wall and cleaned the site up prior to finishing the job. Due to the location this was all done by hand. A total of 1.6 tonne of product installed in one day. For all your retaining wall needs feel free to reach out to us. Wayne and myself recently finalised a new kitchenette for a Client in Smithfield. This one was a challenge as we had to cut through the concrete slab to access the grey water line. We had to cut a 500mm x 500mm hole through the slab and go down around 1m to get the job done. The vinyl flooring was removed and relayed once the work was completed. We installed the new kitchen with the new splash backs being from the Reflections Range from Forest one. An ever lasting product that looks amazing. We also filled in the existing hallway to incorporate a new door. All plastering and painting we also undertook. The end result was impressive to say the least. Wayne and myself recently undertook for another happy Client a full double gate refurb and retro fitted a new dishwasher to the Client existing kitchen cupboards. Extra draws were also fitted and new doors were required. The steel gates had to be removed, rust removed, re-welded and new strengthening rails installed prior to re-fitting. Once the steel frame was rust proofed, re-painted and adjusted to fit back into the opening they were fitted with new palings. We undertook other jobs at the same house like steel rust treatment to the internal steel gates and paint and patching inside the house plus much much more. Wayne from Camo’s Property Maintenance and I recently completed a repair/ replacement to the hardwood members of an external staircase to a Queenslander in Freshwater. The upper second lot of stair stringers were rotten and the middle landing hardwood members were rotten too. Full replacement of these nasty rotten timbers were replaced with new. A lot of careful planning and ex*****on was required but wasn’t a problem. Hand rails were suspended from the stringers etc and all rusted steel posts were treated and re-painted prior to re-construction. The end result is one happy Client with a nearly new staircase. All timbers were fully sealed to stop water ingress for longevity. (Note, the Client is going to reseal all new timber work themselves)

Just completed a decking re-oil, approximately 137m2. Had my Partner in crime with me Michelle sanding the decking boards back and removing paint and other stains off the decking boards, we also re-oiled the timber stairs as per request from the Client. She worked hard with me to achieve another great result. Big shout out to my Wife again for the help. I will attach some before and after pictures as an example of what we do. Interesting day today. Had a Client damage their front door, had to sand back the metal door jamb and door and use a stain blocker to seal the door prior to repainting everything again. Nothing like a good mission for the day.
