What a fantastic luncheon at the Cairns Business Women's Club Awards and an absolute pleasure to meet the Lorna Jane from Lorna Jane Active .

I was honoured to be nominated by our company's accountant, Stacey Jeanes from Cairns Quality Accounting , and to be named a finalist in the Manager in Business category.

Congratulations to Emalee Anstee, CEO of Ruth's Womens Shelter Cairns, on taking out the award. The work she and her team do to support women experiencing domestic violence, homelessness and hardship is incredibly important.

11.5-hour Friday... and every minute was worth it. 💪🏗️

Today was a juggle of site deliveries, site meetings, a meeting with our accountant, speaking on a panel discussing access to global talent, and the best part of the day was watching my little man absolutely nail his Michael Jackson dance performance. 🕺❤️

To top it off, Declan and I agreed to have the night off from athletics. Sometimes the best way to finish a big week is to slow down, relax and enjoy a well-earned break together.
