Final Trim Grader Operators — WA

If you can hold tight tolerances on roads/pavements with ZERO delaminations and you take pride in the finished product — We want to talk with you.

We're not after average operators. We're after the ones who set up their machine properly, know their Trimble UTS inside out, and still freehand trim when the job calls for it.

What we run:
CAT150M AWD and John Deere graders — all Trimble GPS/UTS equipped. Well-maintained, high-spec fleet.

Roster options:
→ FIFO Pilbara — 2:1 or 3:1
→ DIDO/FIFO — 10:4 (Main Roads WA projects)
→ Metro — Mon–Fri

We understand what it actually takes to final trim. From machine setup and equipment calibrations, through to spare parts. This is what enables us to achieve tight tolerances on the ground. Quality operators are respected and recognised here.

Grader on the ground in the Shire of Dalwallinu, Wheatbelt WA for a new client.

From a call Thursday afternoon to truck booked the same day and delivery Saturday, we moved fast to keep the project on track. Our Director, Michael Palmer, stepped in at short notice to maintain momentum.

Works include 10km of blade-mixed pavement — a lost art, done right — in preparation for bitumen sealing.
